The Qur’an itself tells us that God teaches (55:2), explains (75:19), and presents the best interpretation (25:33) of the Qur’an. Its own prescribed methodology for achieving this is known as tasreef (6:65, 6:105) - the deliberate variation of examples, narratives, and functional data points (Ayat) to ensure that a core truth is presented from multiple vantage points. For a human, the task of tracking the variations and relationships across the 6236 verses is challenging and time consuming.
As an example of the process, instead of isolating waidribuhunna in verse 4:34, the system cross-references every instance of the root d-r-b across the corpus in their contexts. The usage pattern reveals d-r-b consistently means "to set forth," "to turn away," or "to cite examples" in the internal context of the book, independent of centuries of readings layered with interpretation and culture, which too often renders waidribuhunna as "to beat".

Each day, this app presents a randomly selected passage in its immediate context, preserving the natural thematic flow of the text. The passage is displayed with a standard translation - in English by Dr Safi Kaskas, or Bahasa Melayu by Othman Ali - or you can choose the academic tasreef-derived rendering in either language. The app then provides a Thematic Overview based on tasreef by the AI semantic engine, followed by morphological analysis of key words of the passage.
Note: In Arabic grammar, a triliteral root (al-jathr) carries the fundamental, broad meaning of a word family, while the pattern weight (al-wazn) acts as a standardized template determining exact grammatical function. The Key Morphological Analysis applies this dual framework systematically across the text. By isolating recurring roots and their derived forms, it uncovers semantic clusters across disparate verses or sentences, serving as the foundational mechanism by which the app generates its thematic overview.
