Terms of Use (EULA) / Syarat Penggunaan (EULA)
Welcome to Qur'an Passage of the Day, a service provided by Muslims for Progressive Values (MPV). By accessing or using our mobile application or web platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
1. Standard EULA Applies
Your use of this application is governed by the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement. You can review the Apple EULA terms at the following link: Apple Standard EULA.
2. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
We offer premium features (archive access, bookmarks, word-by-word search, and daily notifications) via auto-renewable subscriptions:
- Subscription Plans: Monthly Premium ($1.99 / mo) and Yearly Premium ($19.99 / yr), or local equivalents.
- Billing: Payments are charged to your Apple App Store (iTunes) or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price and duration unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
3. Free Trials & Cancellations
- Free Trial: If a free trial is offered (e.g., 7-day trial), your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless canceled.
- Forfeiture: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription, where applicable.
- Management & Cancellation: You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your App Store/Google Play Account Settings after purchase.
- Refunds: All purchases are processed and managed by Apple or Google. Refunds are subject to their respective refund policies.
4. Permitted Use & Content
All translations, interpretations, and linguistic breakdowns provided in the app are for personal, spiritual, and educational purposes. You agree not to copy, scrape, or distribute app contents for commercial purposes without prior permission.

Dengan mengakses atau menggunakan aplikasi mudah alih atau platform web kami, anda bersetuju untuk terikat dengan Syarat Penggunaan ini, Dasar Privasi kami, dan Perjanjian Lesen Pengguna Akhir (EULA) Standard Apple.

2. Langganan Diperbaharui Secara Automatik
Kami menawarkan ciri premium (akses arkib harian, penanda buku, carian perkataan, dan notifikasi harian) melalui langganan diperbaharui secara automatik:
- Pelan Langganan: Premium Bulanan (RM3.90 sebulan) dan Premium Tahunan (RM39.90 setahun), atau nilai mata wang tempatan yang setara.
- Pengebilan: Pembayaran dicaj ke akaun Apple App Store (iTunes) atau Google Play anda selepas pengesahan pembelian.
- Pembaharuan Automatik: Langganan diperbaharui secara automatik dengan harga dan tempoh yang sama melainkan pembaharuan automatik dimatikan sekurang-kurangnya 24 jam sebelum tamat tempoh semasa.
- Caj Pembaharuan: Akaun anda akan dicaj untuk pembaharuan dalam tempoh 24 jam sebelum tempoh semasa berakhir.
3. Percubaan Percuma & Pembatalan
- Percubaan Percuma: Jika percubaan percuma ditawarkan (cth. percubaan 7 hari), langganan anda akan ditukar secara automatik ke langganan berbayar pada akhir percubaan melainkan dibatalkan.
- Pelepasan Hak: Sebarang tempoh percubaan percuma yang tidak digunakan akan terbatal apabila pengguna membeli langganan berbayar.
- Pengurusan & Pembatalan: Anda boleh menguruskan langganan dan mematikan pembaharuan automatik pada bila-bila masa dengan pergi ke Tetapan Akaun App Store/Google Play anda selepas pembelian.
- Pemulangan Wang: Semua pembelian diproses dan diuruskan oleh Apple atau Google. Pemulangan wang tertakluk kepada polisi pemulangan mereka.
4. Penggunaan yang Dibenarkan
Semua terjemahan, tafsiran, dan analisis linguistik dalam aplikasi ini adalah untuk tujuan peribadi, rohani, dan pendidikan sahaja. Anda bersetuju untuk tidak menyalin atau menyebarkan kandungan aplikasi untuk tujuan komersial tanpa izin bertulis.
